Additionally, Laurence provides Ayurvedic massages and Chi Nei Tsang. She takes great joy in witnessing the body's innate intelligence awaken through practice and seeing her students gradually take full ownership of their bodies. Laurence Franco is a passionate holistic yoga teacher whose style reflects her diverse training in Ashtanga, Yin, and Kundalini yoga. She believes that intensity and integrity do not necessarily equate to austerity, and she teaches with a balance of gentleness, empathy, and rigor, all infused with a positive spirit. For Laurence, yoga is both a science and an art—a practice of freedom and joy. Her teachings are rooted in Kundalini yoga, while incorporating Ashtanga and Yin influences.

Laurence continually deepens her practice through workshops and study with masters such as Marion Sebih, Caroline Boulinguez, Balu Thevar, Mark Darby, and David Swenson. She sees herself as part of the vast and growing lineage of yoga practitioners, proud to contribute to keeping the flame of yoga alive.

In addition to yoga, Laurence practices sound healing, working with instruments like gongs, Tibetan bowls, and crystal bowls for deep energy work. She also focuses on voice healing, inviting her students to discover and use the transformative power of their own voice.
